Tricia’s Old South home and studio is welcoming and filled with her bright-energizing art. Her style is painterly and expressive and she is driven to give a voice to the subjects she paints. Tricia loves colour and the exciting effects of brushstrokes, mark-making and the opportunity to show rhythm, texture and mood. She has rural roots in Southern Ontario and is passionate about nature, farmland, the Great Lakes and the history of her ancestors. Through her recognizable style, she explores these themes using acrylics, oils and mixed-media collage.
