Artist’s bio

Harley Salamanca is an interdisciplinary artist based in London, Ontario, working across Fine Arts, Music, and Design. He holds an Honors Fine Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and a Therapeutic Art Life Coach certification. Harley’s work explores themes of digitalization, geometry, light, surreal landscapes, and new realities. In his studio, he experiments with various styles and mediums, from sculptural wood pieces and layered dried paint to hard-edge geometric designs and abstract art.

In 2015, Harley represented Colombia in the International Championship Art Battle during the Toronto Pan American Games. Since 2018, he has been a founding member of the Simple Reflections Collective, helping organize its annual exhibitions at the TAP Centre for Creativity and other events across London, blending visual arts with live performances. Harley also supports UPwithART, contributing to the Unity Project’s Relief of Homelessness initiative in collaboration with Museum London.
