Artist’s bio

I am so excited to meet art lovers in London at this year’s studio tour, having recently moved here from Victoria, BC.

I spend my time in my newly renovated home studio exploring surface texture, colour and form, creating functional and sculptural pottery from both wheel and hand building techniques. I enjoy working in series to create unique functional and sculptural ceramic objects.

I take my inspiration from the organic forms found while out exploring both the natural and man- made environment on walks, hikes, paddles and gardening in my garden.

Within my studio you will also find unique clay objects occasionally coupled with lights to highlight the translucency of porcelain and found wood I have carved to merge objects together, my latest passion.
