Leslie explores the magic of watercolour through her intuitive approach to painting. Her experimental process using watercolour, various tools and at times collage elements has yielded a diverse collection of unique paintings. A love for our natural world is reflected in her expressive artwork. Drawing on her travels, natural curiosity, imagination and observation of botany for inspiration.
Her recent trip to Toronto Island, an immersive week at Artscape Gibraltar Point with other London Artists created a collection of plein air paintings currently showing in her studio. Leslie is an active member with various art groups in London and St. Thomas. As an extension of her artistic exploration she is Co-Owner of Frame Space, a Picture Framing and Art Studio, since 2007. An engaging Studio within a Historic London Arts Hub, the Factory 538. She would love to have you stop in to enjoy her lovely studio brimming with art, light and conversation.
