Kevin Bice
Painting & drawing
Kevin works in a variety of media, primarily oil. He is interested in light and in what connects people to their environment and history. He works on location and in his studio. He has travelled and painted in France and Ireland but has returned most often to Italy. Favourite Canadian locations include Lake O’Hara, the Gulf Islands, Northern Ontario, the St. Lawrence shore, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
He has run workshops in idea development for art groups. For the last thirty years, he has been leading art history and painting tours to France and Italy.
His work can be found in various corporate, public and private collections in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. For more than 25 years, he has participated in the annual London Artists’ Studio Tour which he co-founded.
