Leslie Malota explores the magic of watercolour and collage through her intuitive approach to art making. Her experimental processes using watercolour, various tools, techniques and at times collage elements, create highly imaginative paintings. A love for our natural world is reflected in her expressive artwork.
Her recent trip to Toronto Island, an immersive week at Artscape Gibraltar Point with other London Artists, and plein air outings this season in London with the Creative Nomads, has inspired a collection of paintings currently showing in her studio along with artworks in collage. Leslie is an active member with various art groups in London and St. Thomas. Her engaging studio is located in a Historic London Arts Hub, the Factory 538. She would love to have you stop in to enjoy her creative space, brimming with art, light and conversation. All are welcome.
